Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the Unified Bots free tools website (the "Site"), including the Krutidev to Unicode and Unicode to Krutidev converters. The Site is run by UNIFIEDBOTS LLP, a limited liability partnership in India ("we", "us"). We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.

What we collect

• Text and files you convert. The conversion runs inside your browser. When you paste text or choose a Word or Excel file, it stays on your device and is not sent to us or stored by us.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our servers record standard log information such as your IP address, the time of the request, the page or tool requested, the response status and your browser type. We use it to keep the Site secure, prevent abuse and fix errors. These logs never contain the text or files you convert, because those are not sent to us.
• Information you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name or contact details to use the converters. The fonts on the Site are served from our own server, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts or any other font service when you open a page.

Advertising and cookies

The Site currently shows no advertising and does not set advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

How we use information

• To convert your text or file and return the result.
• To keep the Site secure, prevent misuse and diagnose problems.
• To answer messages you send us.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use the text or files you convert for advertising, analytics or training any model.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that run the Site: our hosting and infrastructure providers. We may also disclose information if the law or a valid legal order requires us to.

How long we keep it

Converted text and files never reach our servers. Server logs are kept for 24 hours for security and troubleshooting, and then deleted. Emails to us are kept as long as needed to deal with your request.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect information in transit and on our servers. Your documents are processed on your own device, so they are as safe as that device is.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct or delete it, and you may withdraw consent you have given. To make a request or a complaint, email product@unifiedbots.com. We will reply within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is operating.

Children

The Site is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and the new version applies from that date.
