These terms apply to your use of the Unified Bots free tools website (the "Site"), run by UNIFIEDBOTS LLP ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The service

The Site offers free tools for converting text and documents between Krutidev 010 and Unicode Hindi. We may change, limit or stop any tool at any time, and we may set limits such as the size of a file or the length of text you can convert.

Accuracy

Conversion between legacy fonts and Unicode is not always exact. Spelling, unusual characters, mixed English text and different Krutidev variants can produce mistakes. The tools are provided to help you, and you are responsible for checking the result before you rely on it, especially for legal, official or published documents.

Your content

You keep all rights in the text and files you submit. You confirm that you have the right to use them and that submitting them does not break any law or anyone else's rights. We process your content only to convert it and return the result, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for anything unlawful or to submit content you have no right to submit;
• send automated or very high volumes of requests, or otherwise try to overload or disrupt the Site;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems, or upload malicious files;
• resell or republish the Site's tools as your own service without our written permission.

We may block access that breaks these rules.

Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

Our rights

The Site, its design, text and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Site for its intended purpose, but you may not copy or reuse it except as the law allows.

No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without any promise that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or from relying on a conversion, including loss of data, profit or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the new version.
